Knight CM Group is responsible for providing all construction management and inspection for the structure construction which includes the widening of the existing Whitney Ranch Parkway Overcrossing, the construction of a new bridge over Industrial Avenue and the UPRR tracks known as the Placer Parkway Overhead, and a 1,000+ foot long and 40-foot tall MSE wall. These structures are an integral part of the “parkway” project that provides a vital East – West connection of the developing Sunset Area in Rocklin to the western portion of Placer County which boosts economic growth and improves regional connectivity.
