The Grant Line Road Widening Project transformed an existing two-lane roadway into a four-lane facility to improve capacity, safety, and multimodal connectivity along this growing Elk Grove corridor. Improvements included new roadway construction, pavement rehabilitation, sidewalks, bicycle facilities, ADA curb ramps, signalized intersections, drainage improvements, landscaping, and installation of a new 16-inch water transmission main. Knight CM Group provided project management, resident engineering, construction inspection, office engineering, and labor compliance services while coordinating complex utility relocations and multi-stage construction to maintain traffic throughout the project.
