The Dowd Road over Raccoon Creek Bridge Replacement Project replaced an aging bridge with a new reinforced concrete structure designed to improve safety, reliability, and long-term performance for the traveling public. The project included bridge demolition, CIDH pile foundation construction, roadway approach reconstruction, utility relocations, drainage improvements, and environmental mitigation measures to minimize impacts to Raccoon Creek. As the prime consultant, Knight CM Group provided construction management, structures representation, construction inspection, and environmental compliance oversight to support the successful delivery of this critical infrastructure project.
