The Big Horn Boulevard & Bilby Road Extension Project expanded the City of Elk Grove’s roadway network with approximately 1.7 miles of new roadway to support mobility and continued development within the New Growth Area. The project included new four-lane roadways, drainage and utility infrastructure, sewer and water improvements, joint trench facilities, and extensive earthwork. Knight CM Group provided resident engineering, structures engineering and inspection, roadway inspection, constructability review, labor compliance, and construction management services to support the successful delivery of this major infrastructure improvement.
