The Arterial Roads Rehabilitation & Bike Lane Project rehabilitated key portions of Waterman Road and Elk Grove Florin Road while expanding bicycle and pedestrian facilities to improve safety and multimodal mobility. Improvements included roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, Class II bicycle lanes, ADA curb ramp upgrades, traffic signal modifications, and an enhanced pedestrian crossing. Knight CM Group provided project management, resident engineering, construction inspection, quality assurance, scheduling, cost control, environmental compliance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to support successful delivery while maintaining access and minimizing impacts to the traveling public.
